Went there today to get a few issues fixed, staff were really friendly and were able to resolve very quickly. I went early on a weekday so there was no queue. There’s parking available onsite for BNZ customers which I wasn’t aware of but is handy knowing for future visits.

Had fraud on my account. Bnz took more than their 30days it takes to solve the issue. I got hold of the company that the people had used my card with and they returned my money within 24hrs. 30 days later and bnz still messing me around for the transactions I can't get sorted. Their customer service is shocking and response times are getting slower and slower.

Terrible bank, made an account for me without my knowledge and refused to cancel it. Kept me on hold and bounced me around 5 different people, horrible customer service system

Really kind and friendly staff. This is first time I was leaving bank with smile on my face. They opened a bank account for us with overseas proof of address which is really helpful for Working Holiday visa holders.
