The customer service here was excellent with Esther. Much better than similar shops in the area. Managed to find a great suit that fits well looks great and feels good.Esther went the extra mile to help out making sure that measurements were taken even when a sale was not guaranteed. Will be coming back for future clothing needs.

Came for suit hire, booked a fitting and Britney served me. I’m 6ft, and 130kg’s and she got my size right immediately, which was impressive, then went on to show me options for extras etc.Tailor who came out to discuss bespoke options was also a great guy.In the end the bridal party I was a part of changed their mind, and went down a linen route. But Britney from Sergios still called me two weeks out to see if I needed the suit.So service was amazing really. Lovely shop, filled with good products, but more importantly great staff.Cheers team
