Great friendly staff with great service and reasonable pricing

It was a very pleasant experience to purchase my Jimny with Rick half a year ago...Recently, I sent the car in for the first servicing. I arrived 15 mins earlier before opening time at 8am, instead of having to wait I received warm greetings from Michael, the service advisor who attended to me immediately. He explained the servicing requirements in so much detail &patiently as English is not my native language.What impressed me the most was his attention to details...eg. he pasted the service sticker in the booklet instead of windscreen (he noticed that I did not like stickers on my screen), take two steps backwards when I key in pin for payment...etc etc... The technician did such a neat job and left no trace of finger print in my car too!The entire Mexted servicing team was fantastic and takes really good care of my car.It was wonderful to see and experience a great team passionate about delivering their service right!

Mexted Motors has good online reviews for a reason. Three months ago I traded in my 7 year old Suzuki Swift for another near new one. The sales team were excellent and offered a good trade in deal. Within a month my 2017 car had technical faults which were difficult to identify. Without hesitation Mexted Motors provided me a loan car and proceeded to isolate the fault over three visits under a Suzuki NZ warranty program. As Alan Martin (from L.V. Martin Ltd) said a long time ago it's the putting right that counts" In this case I can vouch that Mexted Motors has a great reputation for quality service for good reason. Great service and excellent sales team

Great service. Found that Mark listened to what I wanted and explained how things worked in an understandable manner. The staff there were very friendly and showed that they were there to assist clients and not just be there, because they're working there. The service was also in a timely manner and the staff seemed knowledgeable. Thanks.
