The staff here are really nice, the vets (Emma and Nicky) take their time with my pets. I never feel like I'm being rushed. They explain everything and check that you understand. I highly recommend.

The care for our dog was wonderful as far as we can tell.However, their human" bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired.Staff left us waiting at reception for a long time without greeting us and were quite rude and blunt when answering our questions on how to look after our pup after his surgery. Kept referring us to a leaflet rather than helping put our minds at ease with talking to us directly.We were the only people in too

We moved out of the area 10 years ago and still bring our dog to Nicky for her expert care and opinion. She's a professional who explains the issues and offers solutions. In our experience, always with the animals best interests at heart. The staff are good, the pricing fair and everyone knows their job.
