Boulcott Suites

Great location. Well furnished, equipped and clean.Great reception and housekeeping staff.AC awkwardly located near room entrance.....didn't cool room..felt stuffy due to lack of air circulaton.Overnight parking $29 seemed excessive. Should have used Parkable. Adjacent building overnight parking was $19.Will visit again surely!!

Receptionist didn't tell us that we had to go to Level 3 to get to the Suites we had booked. We ended up asking a cleaner who was very helpful. The room was pretty nice but toilets were upstairs and NO air-conditioning which made the whole unit almost unbearably hot particularly when trying to sleep. Manual fans were in each room but didn't cover much space. Car parking was available for $29 a night. Walking distance to CBD. It had washing machine/dryer.

Fantastic location from CBD. Stayed in a 3 storey townhouse and the rooms and toilets were clean and spacious. The only downside is that the stairs are a little steeper and narrower than the normal - but its not too bad. Would definitely stay again when revisiting wellington.

I stayed here for a solo holiday at the end of April. I haven't rated the service as there isn't really housekeeping for short stays although the front desk staff were friendly for the short interactions I had with them. The room was clean, tidy, and had all the amenities that I needed, including a small tidy kitchen with some complimentary teas, a bathroom with loads of space, and a lovely comfy bed with a GORGEOUS view of a beautiful gothic cathedral. The location is extremely convenient for the CBD and public transport, however this leads me to the reason I subtracted a star -- there was a fair bit of noise late at night from the street below, which is not anything the hotel or staff can help, but maybe bring earplugs if you (like me) have an early flight to catch.

We arrived after mid-night, but our keys were not in the box. However, after call to the duty-manager everything was resolved reasonably quickly. Great Location. Modern and stylish studio apartment. Well equipped with kitchenette, washer/dryer and even dishwasher. Once small issue is absence of any hooks for towels in the bathroom. Extra space for luggage will be useful as well. In any case, recommend to everyone and we'll definitely stay at Boulcott next time

I booked a two bedroom townhouse for my trip to windy welly with Boulcott suites. The staff were very friendly and more than happy to stow away our luggage when we walked in way before our check in time. The rooms were tidy and spacious to accommodate four people. The only drawbacks I could think off were the old plug in fan heaters and the lack of a in house restaurant. But there are lots of places to eat right outside the hotel and the location is so close to everything! Good experience.

Brilliant location. Quiet, clean and all furnishings and equipment in good clean order. We really enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend to others. Our whole family had apartments and a town house booked for the graduation and it worked perfectly. Thank you so much for a great stay. We are older folk in our 70s and found it all easy and comfortable.

I thoroughly recommend this most reasonably priced excellent accommodation to stay at during your time in Wellington. The position of the Boulcott suites is great and within easy walking distance to all the local sights, bars & first class eateries. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming (consistent with most that we encountered in the service industries there) and the accommodation more than met hoped for expectations.

Excellent location in central Wellington but super quiet. Matariki weekend my whanau of 6 had a 4 bedroom townhouse over 3 levels, loads of space and cosy, nice facilities and really clean. All staff were extremely friendly and always helpful. Highly recommend this place! Can't wait to stay again.

Highly recommend this accommodation in Wellington.Great location, close to everything and is quiet at night.Great facilities. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay. There’s even a small washing machine. Reasonable price. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Wellington!
