Needed the toilet so while I was there got cat essentials. Very convenient place for that emergency stop. Hahaha thanks

Although the products i got were good the service is what i really didn't like.As soon as I walked in a man came to ask what I was looking for (which was litter trays and hay). I told him what I wanted he took me straight to where they were but didn't let me have a look at them, he didn't even tell me the price of the items, He only asked what colour tray and how many bags.He was quite rude and cold.

It was awesum, staff looked after me. Getting what I needed & it had 20% off. Great shopping experience, thankyou!

I have visited this store and the vet services next door regularly over the past 4 years. On most of my visits I have found most of the staff at pet essentials not friendly at all. When I visit next as I have 2 dogs that require flea shots, worming tablets, treats and dog food and live 2 blocks away, and I get bad service (i.e bad looks, no acknowledge whatsoever, cant be bothered attitude) I and my own family members will not only take our business (money) elsewhere but I will post online about this store.The lady that served me today gave me 2 of the smallest pork crackles (which didn't worry me). What pissed me off was that she gave me $4 change back from $30 which I had purchased 2 flea shots. I have never purchased flea shots anywhere else. The $4 was left on the counter and I asked the staff member...is that enough? (for the pork crackles). She said absolutely nothing and gave me $1 change. I said nicely, thank you, walked to the door to go out and said far out yous have got very bad and sad attitudes. I told my partner who was sitting outside in the van to go back in and at least get bigger pork crackles which he got, with a see you later".My beef about this store is this...MOST of the time I visit this store I get the cold shoulder. I am a friendly person and I too work behind the counter at my own work place. Most of the staff that work at this store definately need to pick up their customer service skills. The next time I come in I dont want to lose it and make it a bad week for a staff member.The staff at the vets next door are awesome. The staff here at this store need to get tips from the staff next door.The name of the staff member that served me today was MINDY.The Manager of this store looks at me like I am nothing. My partner also has said that he looks morbid.I do not find this store a warm and friendly place as stated on the website.I am not Joshua. I am his Nan.I am NOT sorry for venting my anger/issues with this store. I have had ENOUGH!!!"
