Amazing staff, heaps of knowledge, extremely helpful and understanding. Broke my crossbow and they replaced it for me I was amazed and stoked as it had no warranty, just an amazing crew.Don't expect them to replace your broken stuff but expect them to be there when you need em with the right equipment and knowledge. I'm a picky and difficult customer (just ask the team there) and I am really happy with the service.I have bought a number of rifles and lots of ammo over the years from Gun City.Any time I had an issue (or thought I had an issue), they sorted it out and I left happy, which is why I keep going back.

I wanted to pass on my positive feedback about Sales bloke Andrew. My friend and I were there after a recent hunt and nothing ws too much trouble for him and the other staff. We looked at many rifles and Shotguns and ended up buying an M&P 15 .22 at a great price. Thanks again, we will be back.

And without seeming too haw haw" when you ask them some dumb cluck question on stuuf you don't know about. And I note with interest that they are expanding into other fields of hunting like archery of late."

Awesome place. They have a large range. I'm only interested in their air rifles, but they accommodate every form of hunter that there is. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable too.
