Smart Shelters where /are excellent to deal with , great advise, extremely helpful. I ended up with a 14x12 container shelter that's fits perfectly over a 40 ft container on one side and 2 20ft on the other .. delivered and erected ahead of time ... its been a year know and I had to get back to them for a front panel to attach to a solid front wall , to close it off completely .. They remembered the project and where able to advise and offer a solution immediately... The product is performing perfectly and looks great.. its in a high wind zone.. All visitors are super impressed.. Geoff

Poor / no assembly information. Minimal response .Some parts missing .Great product once you workout how it installs

The entire process from the time of ordering the shelters through the client rep, to them being fully installed; everything was smooth and seamless with a backup team available for any questions. The install instructions were clear and the shelters easy to assemble. We cannot fault the service.

This company I wouldn't even give one star but I had to. They supplied their shelters at a known business, and the shelters deteriorated so much that within 4 years they needed to be replaced. The company wouldn't honour their warranty, they offered to replace them, BUT at the business's expense! Be wary of their guarantee as it's not worth the paper it is written on!

We had a 10m wide x 25m long drive-through Smart Shelter built at our retail specialist timber yard in Whanganui (MacBlack Timber Ltd). It was competently installed by a friendly and hard working team. The materials used are very robust and fabrication good. The quoting, design, installation and hand-over process was professionally and efficiently done. There was one minor fault that was repaired promptly. We are enjoying having all that covered space and it has received favourable comments from our customers. Recommended
