Great place for good food but not great food. You get what you pay for, but the service was perfect, tables were clean but worn. The decor needs updating its the same decor as it was from when I was in from 10 years ago. The place looks worn. Nothing the staff can do about that, but the food is better than last time.

Like this place , very good food options, the only problem is that it takes a very long time to get food. More than a hour waiting for breakfast is too long. Can this be improved?

Dennys is the same aesthetically everywhere. However all the food at this one is cold. Eggs, chicken, pasta-even stuff served in a hot skillet was very cold. Would not order any hot dishes here. Maybe a nice salad with the 1 kind of dressing(french) . Very spendy-fish and chips cost more thN the Crab Shack..

All but a couple of the serving staff were fairly unfriendly, felt a little bit like we were somewhere we weren't really welcome which was unfortunate as it's a place we've come previously over the years as a nice relaxing place to visit and we had gone there are a chill way to enjoy our anniversary.Food was also well overcooked and dry, which by itself wouldn't have necessarily prodded me to do a critical review but the whole experience was a bit of a let down. We won't be in a hurry to go back there

Came here for dinner tonight and the food was incredible!! Staff were nice the food was definitely the highlight! My partner and I had the honey chicken and garlic and her chicken with chips and salad the chicken was juicy and fresh, chips were delicious and not oily! When visiting Wellington next time we will definitely pop in! Wish we had of came in sooner before our trip was over would have loved to try more items on their menu!

In the past we've found this Denny's to be hit and miss but the place has improved immensely over the past couple of years. There is something on the menu for everyone from vegetarian options, breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, Gold Card specials, kids and more! It's pretty good value for money if you have a large group.

I ordered the chicken schnitzel.... definitely not ordering that thing again, it was gross. Almost as if they took it out the freezer and chucked it in the microwave.Lady who took our order was very polite & attentive though

We had a birthday dinner there, Food was alright, probably a bit too big, the meal was spread out on two plates, which was hard to finish.I found the place was too cramped in, the waiter had put everyone closer to the kitchen, which that night there was no air conditioning turned on which made the place way to hot, which made one of our kids end up being sick due to the place being so hot, we had to cut our dinner short.
