He even answered the call on a non-working day and with in 3 days he and the Team took care of everything and came to my place to get the work done. Had problems with Novus and AA they were making it difficult to book my windscreen replacement, setting dates and canceling the next day.A lot of back and forth with AA and Novus. I had, had enough.Called windscreenz stressed out after getting the run around by my insurance company.Spoke with Junior, and i was able to book my car in the next day.There were a few miscommunication issues on AAs part but thankful that Junior, persevered and made sure i was able to have my windscreen repaired.Thankful i can drive my car safely with full vision.Windscreenz turned up on time, tools sharp and ready to go.
