I went to get photos printed and was absolutely disgusted with how i was treated by the staff member Muriel. Quite frankly she needs to be fired. She spoke to me in the most condescending rudest way for no reason. I ended up walking out with tears in my eyes. I will be going somewhere else from now on

Massive selection of office products and stationery- printers, printer ink, computer stations, specialty paper, crafty items, paint, glue, computers, laptops and bags. I used the self serve printer options so make sure you grab a warehouse stationery card and load credit onto it so you can use the self serve printers. Really helpful staff to assist you if you can't understand the printers. Also have self serve photo printing stations for those Christmas pics you don't want to forget about. Very close to The Warehouse and central Tauranga for cafes, The ASB bank and Pak n Save to knock off other jobs at the same time

' I usually try not to write bad reviews unless the experience was actually terrible but as I regularly use this warehouse stationery’s services, which are never very great, but after yesterday I had to say something as I am gobsmacked at there lack of basic human empathy for regular customers'I copied and pasted this part of another review. My experience today was shocking. Little kindness, patience or empathy. Esp Seth the young man...rude patronising and belligerent. I had rung in advance as I knew they provide a service for a non technician to look at computer or printer. No guarantees. No repairs. Etc. $25 for each 15 mins. Spoke on phone and staff member explained all this to me again even tho I explained I was fully aware. She said yes come in. Seth at lunch so I came back again 40 mins later. He looked annoyed and said he supposed he'd look at it. Then the manager rudely insisted they didn't provide this service and I should take it elsewhere. Finally she agreed they do provide this service and proceeded with the speil about Seth not been a technician and no guarantees and $25 each 15 mins. She then grilled me as to what's wrong with the printer which of course I didn't know as its why I brought it in. (I couldn't make non wireless connection from laptop to printer which I purchased from them). Then Seth said he legally had to tell me all the conditions again, even tho manager was right next to him when she went thru all the conditions. Told her I'd been in for this service twice before plus regular printing services...to which she replied Ive been here 7 years and I don't remember you". Then Seth insisted he look at the printer behind the desk so I could not see how he adjusted laptop to printer. Then he wanted to start charging from the time I arrived at the desk where I was told repeatedly about conditions and they don't provide the service then that they do. Not charging from time he started looking at the printer. Which meant 30 mins charge not the15. I had timed it at within 15 mins. Then the manager piped up saying it had been 20 mins. At which point I asked Seth to stop. Problem not resolved.This would be one of the most appalling and upsetting experiences I have encountered by shop staff."

Great service, no printers in stock but I needed it urgently so they let me have the display model. Many thanks guys!

Every time I come in here there are very few staff who are actually helpful and genuinely nice. I am heavily pregnant and needed to use the bathroom yesterday, I had sent something through to the print email the day before to be printed so I could just pop in, pay and go. Unfortunately the young man helping me couldn’t find the document and asked me to resend it, I did so, waited another 10 mins and again it didn’t work. He again asked me to resend it so I did and although I know it is not the norm to allow the public to use the restroom I asked as I saw who I assumed was the manager come out and tell him to go on his break - the boy said ( in front of the woman) unfortunately they’re not allowed and apologies. I looked over at the woman and she wouldn’t even look at me even though I know she heard my question. He went on and said the closet toilets were across the road at the BK - if you’ve been down Cameron Rd lately you’d know can’t even get across because of road works so I waited in obvious pain and discomfort. I have seen this manager or shop assistant plenty of times before - as I said I use this branches services often - and she just happily ignored me while I waited. This probably won’t go much further but just a couple words of advice - if you are employed in a customer service job learn customer service and remember you are human not a robot please try muster some feeling when dealing with other humans. Thanks I will be driving across town to Tauriko because at least they have real life people working there.

Nice clean store with friendly staff and a large variety of goods on offer. Passport photos and normal photo printing is available.This place also sells NZ Coffee beans which is pretty cool!Photo printing can take a while sometimes.

I have met Muriel at warehouse stationery Cameron road front desk . Requested to print out a passport photo from the copy which was tajen last week from tauranga crossing warehouse stationery. My sent items number goes up and she claims cant find and keep me waiting ages and after all wait send me back. It was for the submission of documents for a passport application. Unfortunately it wont happen this week. Very wonderful bully from a beautiful company . Thanks again . I will go to another store next time. Please do not show your frustration-or racism on customers . Showing racism is very rude . I didn't ask you rocket science just a print out and happy to pay for service. Thanks

It's a great store. The staff are lovely and super helpful. The only downside is that there's construction happening outside at the moment, the parking is around the block. The range of products available is amazing, prices are fine, could be lower tho.Whether you're after stationery, office supplies, or tech gadgets, you'll find it all here. it's worth checking out despite the construction
