I was there 3 years ago, and felt I needed a full repeater" for 7 days. I loved every bit about it: beautiful food

Just what I needed for a re-boot - great accommodation, food, setting, staff and advice. Loveliest group of ladies you’ll meet anywhere - absolutely passionate about what they do. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

I was very nervous entering the retreat, but I was immediately made to feel very welcome. There was so much on offer, and the food was amazing. It was a great mixture of pampering, workouts, socialisation, and the workshops gave me excellent tools to come home with and continue my journey at home. I cannot rate the retreat highly enough and will definitely be returning.

I absolutely loved my time at Resolution Retreats, firstly the standard of the accommodation and its facilities were immaculate. It was definitely a beautiful place to unwind.5 wholesome healthy meals which were all delicious.But the workshops were a highlight for me, being able to understand how and why our body is how it is. I now have a clearer understanding on gut health, fermented foods, mental & physical health.My weekend was a big 10 out of 10 for me.Thank you to the staff at Resolution Retreat for the warm welcome you gave us on arrival.Thank you Casey you were an amazing host i thoroughly enjoyed my time with you.I will be continuing on my health & fitness journey, and cannot wait to return in the future.

An energising and uplifting weekend on Retreat! This provided just the micro break needed to go back and face the working week.Armed with tips and tricks and healthy recipes to tweak my life style.

I went on the the 3 day/2 night retreat. A fabulous way to reset and learn how to reboot healthy eating and exercise. A great group of women on the retreat and a great team to guide us along the way. So informative. A busy schedule with some downtime. Fabulous accomodation. If you are thinking about going on retreat then stop thinking and just do it!

I was blown away with how amazing this retreat was and the immediate impact it has had on my life.I loved the opportunity to relax and learn some great things to implement in my life. The facilities are beautiful, I loved chilling out in the sauna, pool and spa and being able to look at Maungatautari from all over the resort.I'm only one week out from the retreat and I can't believe how great my work week has been after implementing some of the tips that I picked up from the brilliant speakers that I got to listen to. THANK YOU!!!
