Speak Italian With Marina

Marina is a great teacher; her lessons are tailored, well structured, fun, and based around real-life scenarios. She has great emotional intelligence, and often knows what your question is before you can put words to it yourself. We’re really enjoying our lessons with Marina and look forward to continuing them!

Learning to speak Italian is daunting and way outside my comfort zone. Marina makes each session fun and enjoyable. My knowledge of the Italian grows each week and I feel inspired after each session.

I would highly recommend working with Marina whatever your goals are. I was directing a short film last year and because most of it was in Italian, I needed help with the script translation and pronunciation for myself and the other actor. We both did weekly online classes and it was a great experience. She had quick and clear communication and would send us voice recordings and pronunciation tricks each week following our lessons. The other actor had no experience with Italian prior to this and after watching the short film, people thought she spoke the language. Marina is patient, kind, a great teacher, and I'm so glad I was able to work with her.

I have been a student of Marina’s for 2 years. The classes are fun and structured around practical situations that you would find visiting or living in Italy.Basic grammar rules are incorporated into daily situations, making learning particularly enjoyable.

Marina is a great teacher and amazing person! She's helped me so much with my Italian - my everyday speaking and grammar have improved so much and I look forward to our lessons every week. Marina is a brilliant teacher - she is sure to explain and review content as we go, and keeps the lessons light, friendly, and fun. The lessons are set around personal goals while hinging on real-life situations that incorporate Italian grammar and vocab. The lessons are always well-structured and organised, even with us currently being in different hemispheres. I'm really enjoying the lessons, and look forward to continuing to learn Italian. My husband and I are meeting Marina online once a week for our Italian lesson and we always look forward to it. Marina is patient and is a good teacher on top of having a good sense of humour. We feel totally at ease with her and she makes learning fun. Marina understands our different needs and is able to cater for our different levels. Marina is a native Italian speaker from Padova . She tailor makes her classes to your requirements and level. Whether it is an individual lesson or a small group. The lessons are extremely practical, to help you get by in everyday situations. Having fun while learning is also very important to Marina. Highly recommended

Marina is a fun and friendly teacher! I’ve benefitted a lot from learning Italian with Marina. I wanted to begin to speak more in Italian, and we have focused on that in class, and I have already made a lot of progress. The lessons are always well-planned, targeted to my learning goals, and enjoyable. The tasks are clear and the homework is linked to the grammar I am learning. I like that Marina has a wide vocabulary and clear pronunciation in both English and Italian – this really helps with explaining concepts and understanding grammar and word meanings and helps with my Italian pronunciation too. I highly recommend!
