Great staff and very knowledgeable. They were so kind when we had to put our 20 year old cat down. Great fish equipment. Heaps of stuff for your domestic and working dogs and cattle. I think they have everything for anything!

I enquired about Epi Otic which is an ear cleaning solution and one I have purchased a number of times as a shelf product. Spoke to the vet Tara who allows this product to be purchased only on prescription. Total rip off if you ask me, you go for a consult to get this shelf product. This is the first time I have ever heard of a script required and yes they are very expensive. I will never go to VetEnt and would never recommend them. RIP OFF'S....... 0 stars

Over the moon with how this vet looked after our Louie, they were so accommodating as we are travelling atm and gave him his surgery right away. Best vet I’ve ever visited. Thank you so much. We will travel up from Wellington to come back again if our pets ever need surgery in the future. Thank you.

You could not ask for anyone better to care for your furbaby, VetEnt staff are wonderful and so genuine. I could never thank them enough for the support, advice and of course there vet skills. 10 stars
