MoP replaced my 33-year-old hot water cylinder, and - given the inevitable design differences between the old cylinder and the latest model - quite a few challenges emerged over the course of the job, especially with the electrics and pipework.Anthony proved to be a consummate professional however, and went to very considerable lengths to ensure all issues were fully resolved, and to an exemplary standard too. Highly recommended.

The team were very responsive and helpful. I needed by waste disposable replaced and took the extra step to offer me two options on price which I appreciated. They called back promptly and arrived when they said they would. The cost I also felt was very reasonable. I would definitely use the Ministry of Plumbing again!!

Shopped around, asked at Plumbing suppliers, read all reviews I could find.I have noticed the Ministry of Plumbing vans around the city and the name had stuck in my mind. Needed new tap ware, wastes, traps, toilet, shower, made the call. From go to whoa I wasn’t disappointed. Very professional (not like some other Ministries we know) Anthony, the a Director, in touch keeping me updated. Keryn, the man with the tools did an excellent job. Reliable, fair, punctual, professional, thanks Ministry of Plumbing.
