I took my 93 yo Dad there for lunch and his first impression wasn’t favorable because the chairs were not cushioned. And a diesel truck had just tumbled by. So I wasn’t sure this would meet his needs.However the tide started to turn when we saw the menu. He had a number of options that he’d like to try… normally there’s not more than one or perhaps two. I knew as the meal was delivered to our table that we’d found a winner. Both our meals looked SO delicious!!And they didn’t disappoint. In fact we both said over and over again… this meal is SO interesting! And beautiful, and the flavours so delicious!Desert just defied description. Coffee (even his 1/4 strength flat white) was perfect snd we shared 2 … the coffee muffin (can’t remember the name) and a raspberry franjpani slice. We couldn’t tell which was better.We will be back next time I’m in Tauranga. And every future visit.

Good food and smoothies! Okay parking, they do have a few GF and Vegan choices which is very nice and inclusive. Not super expensive either which is a bonus!

Amazing food and great service! We loved every dish ordered from the menu, especially the Smashed Avo and Corn Fritter dishes. Definitely worth your time and money if you appreciate a quality cafe experience.

This is a place I love! I brought friends here to share the experience. However, I am absolutely disgusted at the 15% surcharge today. Yes, you need to pay your staff extra for a public holiday, as does every other business that is open and the holiday has been on the calendar all year. If I had not driven across town with guests I would have taken my trade somewhere else.

Pretty much faultless food and coffee. I don't often take pics of breakfast meals however the smashed avo looked like it came out of a fine dining restaurant.

Had a nice brunch here with a mate in the weekend. Love the interior, warm atmosphere and staff was friendly. No pic of the food ordered as I was too hungry lol. Oh and coffee was great thanks! Would visit again!
