I came in to get the battery in my car key replaced but they put the wrong battery in which meant I couldn’t get into my car at all. I didn’t know this until much later because I didn’t have time to check it until after I finished work. All it took was one YouTube video to figure out the mistake so I had to go get the right battery after 30 minutes of struggling. Which then of course worked. I suspect the man at Mister Minit knew exactly what he was doing as when it came time to pay, he only presented the machine to me side on so I couldn’t see how much he was charging me. When I turned my head to look, I was redirected to the part of the machine where I can tap my card. Seems a bit sketchy to me but he was nice enough so I trusted him.Extremely disappointed and furious that my time was wasted on someone who can’t do their job properly.I just went again to ask for a refund, explained the above situation including the battery types, I was met with arrogance and belittling. I couldn’t even finish my sentence when he interrupted. I repeated that the key didn’t work and he declared that “if it didn’t work then it wasn’t a battery problem.” At this point, I had to walk away as I couldn’t cope with the pure arrogance and rudeness. It clearly wasn’t a battery problem since I replaced the battery with the correct one and now it works fine. The mistake is one thing. Not even being open to exploring the matter further, is another.

Excellent service for watch repairs. He kindly warned me about the risk of my initial product choice when it wasn't the correct fit, and offered to upgrade it to a more expensive option for no extra charge. Quick and efficient, I'd highly recommend them.

Today was a good day. Norm at South City branch managed to fix my flat car key batteries. Over the years Norm and the team have always fixed shoes, engraved treasures and cut keys professionally and exquisitely. Am dependent on them being there even through covid. Always reliable and helpful. Good value for money. Walked away as a happy customer

One of my keys was broken, they have cut me a new one, let me take it to try, make sure it is OK. But because of the lock itself, the broken key was not taken out. They don't charge me any, just for free! From my experience, I highly recommend this shop and their employees, their value destination, not money, but the needs of customers, I hope their business will be blessed, so that more people get benefits from their customer service.

I came in on Thursday morning and the man that served me was so lovely! I got two engravings done and he did an awesome job with both of them. Stoked with result and how great his service is was!

My favorite place to have shoes taken care of. The lads here take each job seriously, and really give their best every time. I've never been disappointed, and will keep coming back as long as they are around.

Was very impressed with quick fast service...arrived right on the dot of opening hours (he hadn't even set up yet) to get a watch battery put in. He was very obliging and friendly.Would reccommend and will return again sometime.
