Great place to shop

Have been in this store 4 times each time never acknowledged everyone else in the shop was. Disappointed especially when the only one in the shop yesterday. My gut feeling tells me ......

Salesperson managed to be rude to 3 of my friends at once - so embarrasing! We were doing a shopping trawl of Petone after brunch - yes, we were windblown, that's Petone spring weather for you. I encouraged us to take a look at Heroine because one of my friends was up for a wardrobe refresh and prepared to spend. She taken by some of the shirts and went to try them on - two more of my friends were interested in a scarf. One sent a photo of the scarf to a friend to see if the friend wanted it as a gift. The salesperson was cold and dismissive to us all, shutting down in the middle of talking to us. We felt frozen out and treated rudely, and left without purchasing. Do they not want to sell clothes? Truly baffling, and I won't be back.

I love going in here. I always get great service, especially from Sue, who goes the extra mile to help me put outfits together, and orders in items in my size.I’ve found the variety of clothes is good, and their items aren’t mass produced and seen in every store.It’s stores like this where they assist you with fit and style that make me appreciate why not to shop online or in franchise stores.
