Bought a travel adapter and after a few uses, it became loose so that the NZ plug would drop out of the socket a little. I contacted Megan, who replied instantly on a Sunday. She replaced the adapter without question even though it was around 7 months from purchase. Very fast and friendly too. This should be your first stop on your journey <---see what I did there?

Very helpful & patient in sourcing particular luggage I was looking for. Good service seems to be a hard to come by these days but not from this store, they were lovely to deal with & I definitely highly recommend them!!
