Friendly staff. Clean place, good location & parking. Except for a little hiccup initially, great service!Burger was well-made and not just slapped together. Oreo Milkshake is fantastic. Fries were a fresh batch. Love the ketchup AND mayo served to go alongside!

I worked there from the day it opened 2012 to early 2021 the best thing about this place was the staff we always had strong bonds closing crew. I must of met about 1500 staff come and go over the years and made amazing friendships with management and HO I was union delegate for some time learnt every station but in my final years was mainly drive through and front counter. I would put on all these voices and accents on drive through customers would love it. Loved customer service meeting new people making customers feel welcome. For those reading this that have worked there yall know exactly who I am the only big maori boy to ever work there that long and hold it down Holla at your boi it's MICAH hope everyone is doing well.

I like the criss cut fries and sundae was pretty nice. Had the Cali burger which was decent too. It's pretty good for fast food but it's not good value overall.

Have not had Carls Jnr for almost 2 years dined in the Henderson one today and got the Portobello single beef comboFries were really salty burger was average and runny (from the sauce) apart from that standard meal3 stars due to the fact the toilets are shared which is awkward male and female toilets in the same room ?

Very slow service. Only 2 other people in restaurant. Carl Jrs is owned by same who own kfc.... so.... same same. Slow slack service. Wont be on my list of food places. A shame by because the food tastes great.

It was okay. Went through drive through but someone new cooked wrong item for us. So we had to wait around corner for food while 4 others at the back of us had passed us & got their order before us.It was our sons bday that day too & that was his bday treat he wanted.. so was a bit of a wait, but waited cos son wanted for his bday.Food was ok as well, but not as good as some others already tried. Don't think we'll be back in a hurry though

I went through drive thru and they were just taking forever. I get sometimes there's a wait on things but how about communicating that to the customer so we can choose whether to wait or not? Food was average. In a way I'm glad because it just makes me more eager to make food at home in future.

Best Carls Jr I have had! The dining room was clean, tidy and spacious. Burgers were well presented not just slapped together. Staff were friendly and effecient.

It was okay. Got my order a tiny bit wrong. My food came with a shake (Carl's Jr deals). She was apologetic and asked if I wanted a shake. I said yes thinking I only need to pay the difference (the price for the deals meal was $16 but the original price of the singular burger is $12). But no, she wanted me to pay for the full price of the shake which is $6+ (I don't remember) and her reasoning was because I already paid... So that was unfortunate.Also gave me a spoon instead of a fork for my chilli cheese fries.

This is better than this place should have tonight. Over 50 minutes wait for 3 meals. I was told they had an issue with breaks and basically we as diners didn't really matter. The shift manager said the staff were useless and didn't have any idea what they were doing. They had given our food to other people and basically too bad. I wanted to buy an ice cream and was then ignored by 4 staff members. They were prioritizing uber the whole time to the detriment of the diners. The burger that was carb less was wrapped in the thick inedible lettuce, for $20 plus, it was not worth the money paid. My family will not be back due to this experience. Maybe you need to consider getting staff that actually want to make your restaurant a success not a huge failure.
