Good range of quality products and very helpful knowledgeable people. Only downside was that no one called me back after they were going to try and find a specific type of latch I required.

Hardware direct is not cheap but the range of window and door fittings is amazing . Choices are exceptional with modern and classic styles available . Brass , bronze , silver and black . Quality service and a Lovely showroom where you can see the product and how it's fitted . Highly recommend

A customer's impression of a Company is generally based on their very first Contact with its Sales Staff, if that doesn't go well the Impression will last forever. My visit didn't go well, maybe it was the fact I was 2min early before opening or he had a bad night or trip to work. I was only there to pick up an order, maybe another visit would change my mind and see it differently but that's not going to happen.

Great knowledgeable staff and large range. I was recommended to them by a Mitre 10 staff member when I asked about getting 4 keyed a like key barrels that I wanted to change. I wish I went to them 1st rather than driving around and getting disappointed to other hardware stores. I have already been back and looking forward to getting my partners window handles after lockdown

Had locks changed, deadbolts installed and keypad entry lock sets installed at my business and all was done professionally and without any issues by a friendly serviceman that went out of his way to accommodate our needs . This store went from Hero to ZeroI have recently ordered some door hardware from Hardware Direct Henderson, my order was taken and went through without a hitch, and I was impressed with the prompt service and follow up of the two people I dealt with. However the hardware ordered was the wrong fit, something that should have been picked up before the order was placed. I am not an expert on door hardware but I, falsely, assumed Hardware Direct were. When I tried to fit the new hardware to my existing doors the hardware was incorrect for the door. I contacted Hardware Direct Henderson and they said bring the hardware back and as long as it was in its unused condition I would receive a refund. I returned the hardware only to be told I could not bring it back as it was an ordered product. That was bad enough but to be treated in such a condescending and curt fashion by a women I had never spoken to before (Karen Forthingham) was the final straw in what had progressed into very unsatisfactory experience. This store went from Hero to Zero in less than 15 minutes for me. I had planned to spend a lot of money kitting my house out but not so any more. I would not recommend this store.
