We have been very impressed with the understanding and service from totalpos. We were in a bit of a pickle - eftpos wise - but they solved it (including a wee bit of unpaid overtime) and now we are operating as we should. Thanks to the staff.

We needed TotalPos to sort us out urgently today after a break in. We were up and running within one hour of the phone call and it was like nothing happened. So impressed with the customer service from the people on the phone to the person who installed our new machine and cash draw. Can't beat local!

Customer service is an absolute joke. Only when we said we wanted to cancel our contract did we hear from anyone. We were told we could connect our POS to our eftpos machines - that was one reason we signed up. Still waiting many, many months later and they have not contacted us even though we have phoned and left messages for someone to get back to us. Would not recommend this business to anyone.
