Service isn’t that great. Sign at the door says to wait to be seated but staff walk past or are very slow to come get you. There’s also no menu at the door so you have to go in to decide if you want to eat there (which btw - I don’t recommend coming here). Suggest you walk inside and wait in the restaurant at the counter to avoid standing outside for long.Note to ladies - it’s cold inside the restaurant so wear long sleeves inside. Something about keeping it climate controlled which is why all the doors are closed and not open like the surrounding restaurants in the sunny summer.Servers are slow to take your order. Had to wave someone down after 15 minutes. Menu had some items we wanted but were sold out.Food wasn’t so bad - average at best. I had the Japanese curry which was so so, rice was ok, pork a little dry, $2.50 for an egg on the side - overpriced.Lemon ice tea heavily watered down and glass was filled with ice - make sure to ask for no ice if ordering a drink. It’s so cold inside anyway so your beverage won’t go warm.Decor was ok apart from the very ripped seating! Maybe they were going for the distressed look? Either way - it looked horrible and felt horrible to sit on.Will give this place a miss. It really wasn’t that great and they really aren’t doing anything special for their overpriced and underwhelming menu.

Everything was delicious. But almost always a queue outside. I probably wouldn't order the salmon roll again though.

Love the food. Ramen is nice, tasty. Sashimi is fresh. Price is affordable with a large portion. The only bad thing is this restaurant is always busy busy. Waiting time to get the table around 20 minutes to 45 minutes.

Delicious food, quick service. Bring a jumper, air con is cold. Didn't stop us enjoying this fabulous meal tho! Great value, not expensive.

Service really rude and poor..Noodles too salty and karage chicken over dry（oil not fresh）tofu soup only three piece of toufu.price is ok. but not reall japan noodels tasty.

Found our way here on a random whim and what a gem!!!Loads of parking on multiple levels, but recommend parking up the top near the food court entrances.Lots of seating in this stylish restaurant. Love the communal large tables for larger groups. Cute decor of spoons and bowls on walls.Fast service at door and seating and attentive service throughout.Very quick serving of food and omg!!! the flavours, presentation and quantity were fantastic!! Deep flavour in the broth and fresh quality ingredients.Medium price range ($25 tonkatsu ramen with meat and egg), which means the whole family can enjoy together. Karaage chicken was well sized and delicious and we loved the peppered octopus.Definately recommend if you love Japanese food!

very yummy ramen but the service was poor. when pay at register they asked us what table we used and we needed to point the table at back but they didn't understand well and thought next table then kinda blamed us. other young female staff are like zombies, doesn't seems happy to be there.

Should read some of the review here before I come to this place. Totally agree to most, staff are a bit lost. Our orders took ages and they serve one of our order to the table beside us. The lady keep on coming back and ask what we ordered. So disorganized. Food are yummy though but need more training to the staff.

Due to covid they only allow 50 people in at a time so there was a bit of a line.. it took a while to have our order taken but once we ordered the food was delivered really fast and it was really delicious.. will definitely come back again.

As a ramen chain, as you would expect, the taste was similar to other Ippudo I have had in Japan and around the world (soup is nice and rich, noodles have a nice texture), but the chashu pork had a bad smell to it that I did not experience anywhere else - maybe it went bad, something must have went wrong.In terms of the other dishes, my friend who went with me ordered the katsu curry, and noted that the quality of the rice and was very underwhelming (rice was mushy, not individual grains, katsu was greasy, very little meat). We concluded it’s probably just this branch which was below standard. For a restaurant in this price range, we were disappointed that this Ippudo did not deliver food to the standard we were used to at other branches around the world.It seems to be a recurring theme that the service was pretty poor, and my visit was no different. I was left waiting outside with no queue. The staff kept walking by without acknowledging I was outside, I could clearly see there were seats inside (maybe they just didn’t see me, I thought). As soon as I opened the door, there was a very irritated man (staff member) who came up to me and asked why I didn’t read the sign, but he let me in nonetheless. This is a warning: don’t go inside unless they invite you!
