Very slow service. Line about 7 people long with one employee at the enquiries desk. About 3 staff out the back that are fully aware of us but still choose to ignore us.

This is a very handy location for a bank. On your right as you walk in to the Mall through the main doors.The BNZ is a well established bank here in New Zealand and this branch provides very good customer service.I was in there the other day waiting and a staff member got me a coffee, which was awesome. That was great service.

AVOID this moneygrabbing bank. For non NZ customers they limit withdrawals to $200. So you are going to be paying $3 fee/$200, that is 1.5% fee to BNZ for using their ATM. Walk round the corner to ASB where you can withdraw at least $500 for $3 fee, which is 0.6%. Deceitful customer service also told me the $200 limit was normal for non NZ cards. AVOID.

The teller should not assume the relationship between the people coming to open an account. No apologies whatsoever. They are highly illmannered.All the forms are filled with mistakes. Takes forever to get served.

I can’t recommend this bank. I’m really unhappy with the service. We need almost all applications online and the system is not good.
