We were a group of nurse friends who have successfully purchased our first home with Phil's help. Outcome was always needed with urgency and Phil didnt disappoint with his timeframes. He dealt with the listing agent directly on when an inspection can be done. Soft copy of the report was succint and easy to follow. Communication via email/phonecall was generous despite it happening after-hours. Phil was patient in explaining what every 'defect' meant which enabled us to bid at a price we were comfortable with.
