I have to say that At Home Property Management Hamilton is one of best property management businesses I have come across. Gregory went over and above to find us a tenant when another property management company didn't even really try. Gregory is very responsive, professional and current with what's happening in the property marketplace. I feel our property is in good hands that we trust. Not only this, but it's good to know that the team are also extending themselves to obtain their real estate licences. I highly recommend the team At Home Property Management.

Monica and Gregory are professional property managers for landlords. However tenants seem to draw the short straw. During our tenancy we had several problems with the way we were treated by at home property management. We endured rude phone calls, blatant disrespect, constant anxiety, unprofessional judgement and nasty emails. Our tenancy came to an unfortunate end with at home property management with them being proven to be in the wrong. We would strongly advise seeking tenancy with other agencies or owners.

Have used Greg and the team for 2 years now and overall really happy with them. Able to find new tenants relatively fast and can leave things with them without getting involved, which is what you want in a property manager.

Gregory and his team have been absolutely brilliant , efficient and are very professional to deal with.True experts with a great knowledge base to complement their work.Most importantly they are fantastic communicators really do care and are a very honest and prompt team that you can rely on.

As a current tenant of a home managed by at home property management I just want to say I'm beyond happy with the way they have handled maintenance requests. Earlier this week my home was broken into I got on the phone and let Gregory the guy who handles all maintenance requests know what had just happened, within minutes someone was sent over to fix the door. Iam beyond greatful for the way they have helped and handled this already dreadful and horrid situation. Thanks at home property management.

Gregory and Monica have been so amazing to work with. We first made contact a couple of weeks ago and since then the communication and service has impeccable. We are living overseas and the process of finding a tenant and renting our house has been so easy and stress free. They have already secured high quality tenants to live in our property. We are very grateful for their hard work and dedication and couldn’t recommend At Home Property Management enough!!

I have been working with Gregory even before I bought my investment property. Gregory has been absolutely amazing to talk to and he assumes different roles like a friend, a mentor and a business partner.Gregory is an absolute to the point person and ensures both landlord and tenants aren't loosing.I would absolutely recommend him hands down for any property management job.

Hi guys please don’t go with this property, they are so rude and Racism especially overseas people, and they do inspections every 2 month and they are so unprofessional, they always give court notice in inspections time and they always give 14 days notice even just in one minor mistake. Gregory is very rude . So guys ℹ recommended don’t go with this property. I know he delete my review. They do not allow 3 people in three bedroom house and when we asked for ad 1 tenant , he said this house is not suitable for 3 people i have all the emails which he replied us now they explain with very politely but i have all his emails so you guys can see how they treat with tenants. I repeat they are very unprofessional guys don’t go with this property.

Terrible with communication.Ignores you for days. Takes an entire month to give you back a bond knowing you needed it for another house.Takes money off your bond but does not show you any proof of receipts or what the cleaning costs are and says he does not have to show proof.Tells you that you have issues with your father when you tell him to not speak to you like he is your father.Hangs up on you when you have issues that need to be sorted out. Tells you when you work 2 jobs to have your windows closed at night. Also tells you and says he still stands by what he says about not having any visitors over or to stay the night even though you show him proof that is against the law.Not a happy tenant at all.Do not rent with Gregory and Monica unless you want nothing but control from his end.Photos of texts and emails I do have as evidence.I have also filed a report with tenancy services and made multiple phone calls to them to help me out with any questions I had/have.More than anything I am just upset at how someone can talk to you in such an unprofessional way and think they can get away with it.
