I just dealt with these guys for the first time, wasnt spending big and even went for the cheapest option that we discussed. I was dealt with by Jordan and he had to refer to his team mates to be able to answer my slightly pedantic questions. At all times I was treated as a valuable customer. Tried to buy some heavy duty gate hinges in store. They had no stock so told me that it was coming in within 2 weeks so they took my details to call me when they arrived but never did. Naturally i went somewhere else to buy my goods.
