I started with Jen from the bottom after having a baby! My fitness & strength needed so much work. I’m now 18 months into my journey & I am the fittest & strongest I think I have ever been! The support Jen offers is second to none & she always makes me feel like a million dollars while working out! She pushes you in all the right ways & I couldn’t recommend her higher! She’s not worth 5 stars! She’s worth 10!

Jen is a fantastic PT. I was looking for someone who would take me through a session I would usually do myself, Jen did not disappoint. Don’t be fooled by her body weight approach to sessions, I have walked away from every session feeling the ouch feeling in different muscles each time. Would recommend giving Jen a try!!!!o
