No fuss and frills. But the Fried chicken was really good. I'd definitely come back for the Extra Spicy Chicken!!!

Had an awesome experience! Was super busy and the staff handled it really well. Our food took a wee while, which we were not fussed on at all, and they gave us some free chips to say sorry, which were super appreciated! Food was amazing. So worth the wait. We had the yummy spicy meal and the spicy chicken fries and loved every bite. Absolutely recommend! Another shout out to the staff, who were so lovely!!

Absolutely choice Fried chicken!Had Crispy, Garlic Soy and Spicy one.They were all awesome, and loved the spicy so much. Price was reasonable. Had to get the rest take away since there were alot! Highly recommended! (Bookings essential if you are more than 5)

Excellent fried chicken.Crispy, hot, fresh, and delicious sticky flavourful sauce.Decent value for money as a meal with fries and coleslaw.If you're a fiend for fried chicken, this is one of the best in Wellington.

Location 5/5Food 5/5Friendly staff 5/5Waiting 55 minutes for our order, while watching 16 Uber Eats deliveries go out: 0/5We had 2 hours free in the city with visiting family.After hearing great reviews we decided to head in as the venue was only half full and we thought this would equate to a quick turn around time, enabling us to do our other activities.We had to cancel our other plans after having to wait nearly an hour for our first of 4 meals to arrive.The staff looked stressed, and were polite and friendly, but we had no heads up when we ordered that there might be a wait; or any communication or indication that they were clearly prioritising Uber Eats and takeaway orders.When our meals did arrive, they were fantastic and we all really enjoyed them.Unfortunately the overall experience was soured by the long wait and lack of communication.We would go back however, we would make sure to enquire about wait times and prioritisation of Uber Eats.

What a night! The team at platform 145 were so accommodating, I'd messaged ahead to ask if we could sit in the window because I had my puppy with me, when we arrived the table wasn't free so they let us sit inside (on the very reasonable condition that she was well behaved and stayed quietly under the table) this meant we could enjoy some of the best fried chicken I've had... Ever!When anyone mentions world's number one of anything I'm always extremely sceptical. It may have been a mixture of the great bears they had to offer or the few bottles of soji we got through, but my gosh this is some absolutely spectacular fried chicken. I like to think of myself as a slight connoisseur and everything about this ticked all my boxes.Between the four of us we ordered one of each of all four flavours, all boneless and a loaded fries. The spice level was low and the flavour level was insanely good. If you like hot ask for extra spice, for everyone else... It's the taste sensation!Can't wait for round two!

It's 5:41 on a Saturday and the regular crowd shuffles in, but the food on my plate came a little too late, and removed half of my grin.For flavour, colour and texture this is one of the best in Wellington. But too much focus on Doordash / Uber eats customers diminishes the dine-in experience. 35 minutes for my meal to arrive leaves plenty of room for improvement.

The billboard said the best fried chicken in Wellington and I don't think they are lying. It was SO good. I had the 145 burger, with fries which were also delicious. It was a HUGE burger, very worth the price I paid. Nice and friendly staff. Get there if you can.
