John was such an pleasant property manager. Treated us like people and we loved feeling like it was our home whilst renting. That's all that really matters for our whānau, being somewhere we could call our own for however long we lived there. We loved it there. Whenever there were minor issues (wear and tear), John sorted it easily. Even when our elderly neighbour had an accident that ended up into the front fence (lol), John helped sort this along with the owners of the home at no cost on our side. Superb! Thank you for treating us like people & also the owners for having our large whānau as tenants. He aha te mea nui o te ao? He tangata, he tangata, he tangata.
