I didn't visit the store in person, but spoke with Brianna, who was amazingly helpful in getting the jacket I needed. She found the item (which is out of stock everywhere, and on clearance for ages), and walked me through how to pay for it with a voucher, and shipped it right away. It felt as if a good friend was helping me over the phone. Kudos to Brianna - she is definitely an asset to Kathmandu!

Staff were friendly. Fairly big store but stock will be very seasonal, my recent visit it was dominated by jackets/coats. You still need to be prepared to pay Kathmandu prices, some of the discounts aren't that big. As usual being an outlet store, they might not have much left in the most popular colours and sizes.

Really shocked to be told in there the biggest men's size was 3X, and they were not generous sizing.Nice selection of hats. Another cramped shop unable to cater to wheelchairs, and staff not interested in helping. Very disappointed yet again.

The best service I've received to date! Spoke to a lady by the name Erica sorted me out with a Kathmandu Retreat Compass as Kathmandu don't deliver large items anymore she worked with me to arrange a courier to collect were i would fit the bill and i have no problem with that. great service Erica well done Kathmandu.
