Was driving from nelson to christchurch and came across a FH site with traffic lights that didnt work (never turned green and no cars were coming from the other way) , called them 3 different times and no one answered. I had to get out of the car and walk the road to make sure it was safe to drive. There were roughly 10 cars waiting at the lights at the other end for who knows how long. I left a message about this on their answering machine, but was shocked that no one was answering calls, and no one ever got back to me so I can only assume that the site wasnt delt with until the were next scheduled to check it. This was incredibly dangerous and I'm shocked that I couldnt contact them to get it fixed.
