Have been using this service for about a year - pick up is always prompt and on time. They leave a notice so that I know when the next pick up will be and what my account is on. I had read reviews on other services and was a bit concerned about accounts and reliability, but Ecogreens has been awesome - I would definitely recommend this service.

I subscribed to Ecogreens garden rubbish collection service by mistake. The Ecogreens garden rubbish bin has the same colours as my neighbour's bin collected by a different rubbish service. But this is a mistake I have not regretted. For the past 12 mostly pandemic months, Ecogreens has provided a reliable service - responsive to my changing circumstances, regular and on time. Thank you.

I have been with ecogreens for 12 months including moving properties. Maureen is great to deal with and always responds promptly. The service is great and the driver has actually come up the driveway to get the bin when I have forgotten to pit the bin out. Totally recommend this company

Finally a reliable Garden Bin company! (Yes I have been with quite a few). Maureen is an absolute dream to deal with and always responds quickly to emails. They have never missed a collection and their rates are very reasonable. I have been away a couple times and they have been kind enough to grab the bins (that should be kerbside) empty them and put them back on the property. Thanks team!

Unlike the unreliable big guy's who try to disguise themselves under different names as GreenWaste.nz, Clippa, Gapco while actually being Greenfingers and their everything but service, Ecogreens is unique and very reliable service. On time every time for well over a year since I signed up.Responsiveness of the office lady is remarkable. She will always get back if happen to leave the massage.Finally we can talk to a human.Well done guys.

I have been using Ecogreens monthly garden bag service for 12 months now & I'm very pleased with their service. I moved from another garden bag company to Ecogreens so I do have 2 companies to compare. Ecogreens are punctual in terms of the designated collection day, they have a good invoicing and 'skipping a pickup' system - all a huge improvement on the Garden Bag company I used to use.
