They need to be trained and update their knowledge to keep up with current technology NZ post have.Probably customers are more aware of what NZ post can do than those local shop workers. Just be careful.

Why you guys always leave my parcel far away from my house?There is 6 houses using one drive way, and you guys just leave my parcel at the beginning of the drive way, there is lots of people walking by there.I have lost at least 2 times from your delivery, no refund, and the only thing you suggest me is check my neighbor‘a camera.I am really disappointed of the service which you guys have given
