I recommend avoiding this service. I'm sure he knows his stuff as a builder, but he doesn't have the professionalism required to be doing inspections prior to million-dollar investments. e.g. He told me (as buyer) the roof needed replacing, but told the vendor he could carry out the necessary repairs for $500 and a new roof was not needed imminently; there were two photos in the report OF THE WRONG HOUSE; and his report said he suspected a leaking hot water cylinder but the vendor, who was there throughout the inspection, said he didn't even LOOK underneath, and there is no leak. I have twice tried to contact him since, asking for my money back, and have heard nada. Zilch. Not good enough.
