My partner was sold the wrong thing and when we went to return the item the same day of purchase. The lady behind the front counter told us they couldn’t refund the money we spent back onto our card and it had to be on a gift card. Not impressed with the Customer service!!

Great store, great managers, Neil and Paul, the staff were incredibly helpful too with helping me select a perfect scent for my daughter in law, overall loved the experience and would definitely come back again.

Only place where we found newborn babies sized socks!!!Store being reorganized so some areas empty.Decor looking a bit dated in places (carpets), but still presently well.

I uses a $100 voucher and one of my purchases was faulty. I returned it for replacement but would you believe the replacement was faulty in a different way. The service I received in solving this issue was top notch. Nothing but good things to say about customer service

I come from Levin and find the store in Gisborne does not have a variety of goods. Considering the large demographic of this region, it could be better. I just expected better.
