Great massage, cannot fault, just a few minor details of my experience explained below.My appointment was for 9.30 and I arrived at 9.30 and the door was shut. The worker arrived around 9.36 and I had to wait for her to turn on the lights and organise everything. Although only a few minutes I would expect that the worker would be there before my appointment time, and it’s not like I was early or anything. I was left standing outside wondering if she would even show up. There was no friendly welcoming and instead of the worker leading me to the room or guiding me verbally I had to walk in front myself and I did not know where I was going. I think the worker should be in front guiding me. The carpet was not clean.When getting the facial after my body massage, my front was not covered up leaving me exposed. Didn’t bother me but I feel someone else may feel uncomfortable- important to maintain dignity of the client. I was not asked if I have any allergies or sensitive skin. I do have sensitive skin so when having my facial one of the creams did more than ‘tingle’ it burned and stung a lot (I can tolerate a lot but this was not tingling this was very painful), I did not say anything as I was hoping it would die down , which it did. So I could say this was my fault. But I had no warning as to whether I was meant to experience this sensation. My face was quite red afterwards and still is 2 hours later. For a person who has never had a facial before some explanation of what I may experience would be nice. I was lucky that I only experienced some redness.Also I think headbands or something should be used to get hair out of the way as I have a fringe and a lot of the creams ended up in my hair, which made it greasy and gross and left crusted creams around my hairline. I had just washed my hair so this was quite annoying that it was now disgusting. I understand this could be expected from a facial but I feel it could also be avoided.

Good customer service.... People plz don't give any negative feedback to them, that's the way they treat their customers.... According to them price match is bargain... For them apology is very hard, anyways no one needs apology....God bless u
