ADC is a welcoming community for all dance levels. Classes are full of energy and soul thanks to ADC's amazing creative director! Within the 6 months I have been dancing at ADC I have been presented with opportunities to perform in dance shoots and perform on stage. These opportunities are open to everyone. I have enjoyed every class and dance performance I have been apart of! The dance group I have been dancing with are supportive and we help each other out if there is a dance move that is more challenging to achieve. It has been very enjoyable to grow my confidence in dance while getting to know a talented and kind community of people!

Kimberely is an amazing choreographer and teacher. She inspired us to get out of our comfort zone and had us performing lifts and spins we would have never imagined ourselves doing. She supported us throughout the process, tailored the choreography to suit us and cheered us on with every milestone we achieved. The classes were one of the most enjoyable parts of the whole wedding process, especially after many postponements and lockdowns. They brought us closer together as a couple, strengthening our bond and reminding us what the wedding is all about. Kimberely and her team were very kind and accommodating, working with each alert level and restrictions to make the classes safe and comfortable. Our dance was the highlight of the wedding, and our guests were blown away by it! We were so happy with our dance routine and so grateful that we could finally show off our dance on the big day. We highly recommend Auckland dance company to anyone looking to take up dance classes.

My husband and I decided to go to ADC to learn some dancing lessons for our first dance for our wedding.We really loved every moment of learning everything. We reached out to the ADC team hoping to learn something classic and simple for our wedding dance. With Kim's guidance, we came out with so much more: memorable and super fun dance sessions, vocal coaching here and there, and even performing at the latest ADC Show. All of this culminated in a meticulously crafted, show-stopping wedding dance which all our family & friends absolutely loved!Everything was way over and beyond what we dreamed of, but we found that pushing what we thought we were capable of was such a good decision. We were able to so easily pick up the dance with the perfect amount of practise - all within a positive, energetic environment.Thank you so much team for the dedication and thank you for the lessons and all the chats we had! It felt like bonding nights and date nights whenever we had our sessions.We appreciate every request we made to change things to accommodate. After all is said and done, we really couldn't recommend ADC enough as more than just a place to learn how to dance, but as a place to let your untapped talent & creativity shine.

ADC is an inspiring dance company that not only teaches dance but also provides a vehicle to allow people to express themselves in a time of uncertainty. I always come away from classes feeling inspired and empowered, and my confidence has really started to soar in performing as a dancer, as well as believing in myself as a person. I chose Auckland Dance Company for a hens party customised dance class and they were absolutely brilliant. I felt so supported in the planning phase thanks to the wonderful Nicole who made the organising of the class a breeze. The class itself was so much fun, perfectly pitched to the varied physical skills of our group and choreographed to our requested theme. Kimberley the tutor is an outstanding, lively, beautiful dancer who made everyone feel welcome and did a great job of making the bride-to-be feel like the centre of attention. We all loved the experience & very highly recommend.

Cannot thank Kimberly and the team at ADC enough! With only 7 lessons, heaps of encouraging words, and no dancing background whatsoever, my husband Gareth and I had the most amazing first dance at our wedding - choreographed by one of the most kindhearted and inspiring person we've ever met, Kimberly! Our family and friends were in awe the entire time!Would highly recommend reaching out to ADC if you were wanting to get some dancing lessons. Don't worry if you've never danced before, with the support from ADC, you'll definitely surprise yourself!

Absolutely awesome company full of the kindest, most inspiring people. Having no prior dance experience I was fully ready for one class and done" type of experience- how wrong I was! The team at ADC are really like a family and foster the most awesome environment to learn and grow- both in terms of dance skill and in wider aspects as well. 2021 was such a challenge in Auckland and ADC was so key in finding sanity

Kimberley is a not only a fantastic choreographer and dancer but a fantastic person! My wife and I are so thankful for her patience, humour and wisdom. We went into the lessons as absolute novices, expecting to come out with a pretty simple first dance for our wedding. Instead, we were amazed to end up with an incredible two minute routine full of spins, dips and lifts. We never thought we could dance, but Kimberley made us feel like professionals!On the big day we absolutely nailed our performance - our guests were blown away and we were so proud of ourselves.Each dance lesson was a great 'break' between all the stress of wedding planning, and Kimberley's warm, calm energy was so appreciated. Shout out to Nicole and the team for coordinating all our lessons too - their communication was extremely efficient and helpful.We are so grateful for her time and would absolutely recommend ADC to anyone. I joined the ADC lyrical class mid this year and am so glad I became a part of the ADC family. The choreographer is so welcoming and understanding of all ages, dance experiences/styles. The diverse group of people here at ADC is one of the things that is so unique and genuine about this place- meeting people from all different backgrounds and places has made the dance environment so distinct and special to be a part of.Regardless of the dance genre, the teaching team at ADC is able to make students feel like they belong in the class, which leaves you feeling so confident. I absolutely love our Tuesday night classes- we’re always dancing with such great people at ADC.-Thank you so much ADC! I’m really looking forward to both the new dance year and to try out some more classes ❤️

Kimberly, Lisa and the team were so so wonderful. They made the whole experience of learning a dance for our wedding day fun, enjoyable and easy. If you are looking to make your wedding dance just a wee bit special, I totally recommend these ladies. x
