The lady working there was so nice but my matcha was so disgusting!

I really love their fruit bubble teas, the green apple is beautifully tart. And they have popping bubbles which are great! They are also super careful with covid and use tongs for your straw which is great. Straws are grass fiber, but they hold up well and don't get soft.

Definitely the best bubble tea shop in Wellington. Strong flavor. Competitive prices. Love their eco friendly straws. Hope they will switch to eco friendly cups in the future!

Drinks consistently taste great and staff have a smile. Definitely recommend as a nice refreshing drink.EDIT: It appears that the drink size has reduced for the same price. Definitely disappointed, less likely to come back for this novelty.

Favourite tea store in NZ. Love their fruity selections and their condiments are a touch above the others in my personal taste.

Have had a lot of bubble teas in my time and was disappointed with how weak the teas we got were. Our original milk tea was very pale and lacked any real flavour. The jasmine tea did not have any characteristic fragrance at all. Could only taste the creamer. The only redeeming quality is the texture and taste of the pearls.

Mate would not shop here again, ordered a mango bubble tea with 25% sweetness and was sent to the moon. if you enjoy receiving your weekly sugar intake with one slurp then all the best to you and your future diabetes but definitely not my cup of tea.

Normally my favourite tea place in the city but today was terrible. I went to order and there was a ranga girl serving. Her friend was there standing in front of the window talking to her about their personal lives. When we stood waiting to be served she ignored us and talked to her friend. Another lady came and ordered a taro tea. She ignored her so the lady looked to the other girl who responded I don't work here" the women pointed to the ranga girl and said "I think she works here" and said her order again. The server was on her phone right in front of us and the lady ordering. Actively ignoring taking orders. She then said nothing and did the women's payment and then started the drink. It was just generally extremely rude and as someone who works in hospo I was stocked as I would never do that to a customer. We ended up leaving and going to the gong cha down the road because I didn't want to deal with the rude ranga sever. Gross behavior. Do better. I expected more from the tea place I've been to for 3 years without an issue."

WE HAD THE BEST SERVER EVER she made our bubble tea super fast cos we were running late and she messed up our order by accident and gave us replacements super fast and kind SHE IS OUR QUEEN AND ICON and truly made our day

It's amazing it was one of the best bubble tea places I haveever been to
