Tauranga CourierPost Depot

This service used to be great until they changed they're 0800 ph service. I just missed the delivery of an item, they didnt leave a card for me to call them, just texted me. I have spent the last 20mins on the ph going round in circles talking to a computer trying to arrange redelivery to no success. What a waste of time. Just spoke to nzpost and they just gave me the 0800 number to ph again. How hard is it to talk to a person about this? Im giving up on my item being delivered

Had a card to call left so organised for it to be redelivered when it never arrived I called nz post who told me that this particular depot won't be able to redeliver and I'd have to go pick up my parcel. When I arrived at the depot the man at the counter was incredibly rude cut me off mid explaining and said it had already gone out and that I hadn't talked on the phone to them and that what i had been told wasnt the case. I had driven from pyes pa with four kids in tow, clearly major communication issues between depots and nz post. He then begrudgingly said he would have to look through 100 parcels for it and I'd have to wait. Came back a few minutes later and he snapped at me again saying he had been waiting on me. I witnessed his rude and abrupt tone to not only me but several customers while I was standing there waiting. I wouldn't ever want to return if I could avoid it, such appalling behavior. It wasn't my mistake but instead of a helping hand to sort it out I was met with rudeness and like I was a hindrance on their day. Not a nice experience at all.

Tracking is a waste of time.Said it was in Auckland so missed delivery and now have to wait 5 days for redelivery.

Top Team. Highly recommended. Took 3 day's from Tauranga to Christchurch during Xmas rush and parcel arrived before Xmas. Thank you so very much. AAA +++

Very bad experience with courier post . Waiting my parcel for buisness purposes. Label went missing from their handling way.. I provided tracking number again, but they making excuses. My customer is waiting for more than a week now. I am loosing buisness. Called them today but they don't want to listen what we explaining. I'll never use them again.thanks Amit

For those concerned with parcels being held at the depot longer than they should be:We have recently had higher volumes than normal for this time of year come through our inbound sort and we have been short staffed through this period due to a number of reasons.Our team prioritizes perishable items and those marked as overnight delivery during our sort however some items do get overlooked by our drivers due to a minor backlog in the system that is slowly clearing out.For those expecting items shipped from international destinations, there is a small possibility that we may not finish our sort during each shift and the international items occasionally get carried over to the following shift. This is completely normal and items should be delivered on-time on days where our volumes are slightly lower.For those who have items to pick up from our customer service team:This has permanently moved from our depot to the post shop at 399 Cameron Rd and we are expected to end all operations out of the building by mid-September at the latest (subject to change) as our sort teams and courier drivers will be moving to a new depot location in TaurikoCheersYour friendly local night shift sorter

Today I received a parcel that arrived damaged. I watched the courier put a parcel on a porch hand rail that was too small to hold it. The parcel fell on to the deck. The courier looked up at me and walked away.These parcels are gifts and in no state to be gifted now.

We had a belt buckle i bought on trade me cost alot and i got home from work to find out they had broken the lug off it to do up unfixable and money down the drain idoit drivers.Then a few days later they delivard a parcel to my door my wife was at the table and she was getting up to go sign for it. We the indain guy signed it and dropped the parcel from a hight as he was standing up he could of put it on the chair next to the door but my wife saw him sign it then just threw in or dropped it on the ground a $1100 parcel if it had been bent or damaged the driver would be paying for it. The service they Provide is unprofessional and the attitudes stink

Absolutely a pleasure to deal with, I had a urgent parcel I needed to collect before heading to Auckland but was only due for delivery to me in Pyes Pa after 2 pm. I rang the Tauranga office and dealt with one of there helpful staff members who got hold of there driver who met up with me on there route and passed on my parcel.I will definitely continue using NZ Post couriers and highly recommend themA++++ service keep it upDale

Overnight parcel waiting in Depot for 4 days waiting for courier to pickup according to tracking app. WHY!!!!!. Can understand a couple of days but this is rediculous. Food will be mouldy by the time I receive
