Albany Rosedale Motel
Stayed for work over the period of two nights, rooms are decent enough although some lights are dim and flicker often. The reason I am giving this 2 stars is because my room had bed bugs, and itchy welts developed soon after my stay, which 100 % match the symptoms of bed bug bites. Bit gross really.

This place is a joke.. On arrival we were greeted by a man that certainly was put out we had arrived. Gave me a key to the room & said The rooms down there" & waved his hand that direction. On entering the room i couldn't find the power for the light switch.. I went back out to see the host he explained i had to do thid & that

Woke up at 1-3am to a strange man knocking on my door for over an hour!TERRIFYING as a solo female traveller. You have to pay for wifi and minimal staff on reception at all/ front desk weren’t contactable after 10pm to report the knocking. Shower pressure was good, everything else was not. Did not feel safe. Please put a shutter on the peep hole in your rooms!!

Stayed here Matariki weekend with my partner and love how spacious the rooms are, very clean and comfortable. Great location, good pricing and very good service.We will definitely be back to stay

Stayed two nightsReception staff friendly.Underground parking, quite quiet.Room a bit dated, but was spotlessly clean and room was serviced.Great value for money, would definately use this motel again.

Cockroaches in the room. Generally dated. Lots of things broken. Have to pay for WiFi. Very dim lighting so the rooms are very dark
