In my visit I had contact with three people at the branch.1- The lady at the desk 2/5. Not overly interested with engaging with her customers.2- Friendly Indian employee, who's only job was to manage the que 4/5.3- The grumpy old inspector, who FYI should be kept as far away as possible from customers.If there was an option for 0 stars I would have selected that.

This place needs to be sorted out, they check oil which is great except damage dipstick on 2 occasions and I had to replace it they also jump in to adjust lights with screwdriver when lights are auto adjustable, this is illegal for them to do with owners consent, also asking why ppl adjust lights ,hmmmm probably because they can't see properly and it's there car.

Genuinely not a bad wof place, it’s been my go to for years they’re usually good and somewhat polite. But today I got an Indian worker who failed me on a tiny stone chip that’s been there for the past 3 wofs then laughed when he handed me the wof sheet followed by afew rude and uncalled for comments.

Sat my full practical license test the today and passed on 1st attempt, Kylie was my examiner. Kylie was just so Awesome, professional, friendly and calm which made me in turn relax without stressing out , she makes you feel less like a student who is taking the test and more like a friend , while overseeing all the necessary requirements for passing the test , Amazing customer service Kylie!

Sat my full licence under Troy, he was super lovely and crystal clear about what was expected from me during the test. I feel like his calm nature allowed me to be calm and ace the test!Thanks again!!!

Process is for simple. Pull up in the queue, wait in car for your turn. When the mechanics take it in you go into the office and pay and then wait for it to be finished. Great.

Lovely ladies, but while getting my eye test done and being the first customer in the morning whoever the cleaner is needs to do their job properly , there was foundation all over the eye test machine. I asked for a sanitiser wipe and got a tiny piece of wipe thing that was dry the size of a 10-cent piece, very unhygienic and discusting in my eyes lol

Took my son to sit his license. Was not impressed with how rude the ladies at the desk were to us, like he should know the process made him even more nervous. Building is dirty and unwelcoming. The male driving instructor however was lovely.

Convenient though very busy, took roughly 1.5 hours for a warrant but nice environment to chill out while waiting. Service friendly and efficient ✅
