Took an item to be warrantied but the person behind the counter was very rude and was less helpful than being punched in the head. I will never go back in, I would rather go else where and spend more.

The kitchens may not be cheap, but the staff treat you like are. My partner and I came to look for a new kitchen however the lady working took one look at us and told us if you are looking for a cheap kitchen we don't do that here". I chose to ignore her ignorance and ask some questions and get a quote

Went into the Whakatane branch fir decking. Nobody came over to help. Finally got someone who daid he would have to ph rep for a quote and ph me back. That was 2 weeks ago. Still waiting... Placemakers used to be so good to deal with. Got my decking elsewhere. Will never go there again.
