Someone steals parcels everyday, frequent theft in the carpark, saw some homeless people get high outside during quarantine reported to the building manager, property manager and whoever council they can't do anything, building manager is incompetent acts tough to the tenants but can't do anything about the frequent theft, place is falling apart for a new building, not worth staying long term or buying a property at.You can't feel safe 5 feet outside the apartment , your parcels aren't safe and your carparks aren't safe. Pathetic

The apartments are beautiful. Very secure. Views out if this world. I watched the fireworks at the viaduct from there. And the harbour bridge lit up. Spectacular. Sugar Tree is within walking distance of CBD.

Poor maintenance and frequent theft in car park, store area and parcel area. There is no proper security. surveillance cameras aren't monitored. And also management is not friendly. Please check with people who are all residing before moving. Don't pay high rent, it isn't worth.

Absolutely disgusted in the lengths people here would go through to have a pensioner evicted. Including breaching his privacy, recording him, taking photos of him. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. 71yrs old. Grow up

Good quality built apartments in 3 very different blocks. Pet friendly, many owner occupied, excellent security now and easy walking to the city, waterfont, K' Rd and 4 parks. Well-run Body Corps and great neighbourly community and families. Building manager, convenience store, cafe and kindy on the doorstep too.

Very cheaply made apartments, people steal parcels when down in lobby, building manager has no care factor for this, police tried to contact him to have this sorted and he doesn’t reply to their messages etc. we lived there for 6 months and got out as soon as those 6 months were up. Over priced apartments don’t bother.

Nice looking apartment building, with a few shops at the ground floor. The common area is very lovely and nicely designed, with nice decks, a few plants, and nice sunlights. Views from most apartments are nice.

Free grab for the homeless it doesn't get any better they keep you alive Pleasant people for the most part it's actually the new Central mission so that's quite a range of characters including my good self
