Great service to start with, then it all fell apart. In less than 2 years they had to come back 4 times to fix the carpet and even tried blaming problems on the fact we had a log fire! Then they nailed the carpet down! Even that didn't fix the problem. When I asked for a permanent fix their solution was to uplift the carpet and provide a refund. No replacement carpet or proper laying, just ditch. Only 1 person was sent to lift the carpet, just as well I was home to help or it would never have been done. So they took the carpet and walked away from the problem leaving us thousands out of pocket due to price increases over the last 2 years. At least the refund came through. If you are thinking about buying carpet, run from these clowns.
