14 mths later... never looked back!!

I had a 2 hour hypnotherapy session with Iain Anderson to aid stopping smoking. It has been 1 full week and I must say I have not even come close to craving a cigarette since my session. After 15 years of failed attempts at quitting the habit, this is by far the most success I've ever achievedIain was not only extremely professional, attentive and very understanding but also has an extremely high level of knowledge in this field. His calm and friendly demeanour exceeded expectation and would highly recommend to anybody considering stopping smoking. He has changes my life for the good.

Hello Iain,Some positive feedback so far. Haven't even thought of cigarettes yet. Have been listening to our session regularly and still have the same feeling when I open my eyes at the end, as I did at our session. In a way, I find it hard to comprehend the dramatic change in my life. I am absolutely more than happy with the results so far. My family in Hamilton are very proud of me. After smoking for more than half my life, I feel now that I can enjoy the rest of my life. Food is tastier, air is cleaner and my head feels refreshed.
