They need to listen to what the customer wants I told her exactly what I wanted, simple instructions, number 2 on the sides and a cm off the top. She couldn't even get that right, and started doing her own thing. On top of that, she used thinning scissors, which I did not ask for, because I am already thinning on top, it was too late when I realized she was using the thinning scissors. Worst haircut ever. Never going back, I do not recommend this place. I wish that I read the reviews before coming here.

i started getting my haircut here in 2019, last year they cut my fringe. my mum kindly asked to cut just at my eyebrows, but it was way higher! one side was longer then the other. i would rather cut my own fringe then get it cut here.DONT COME HERE IT IS A RIP OFF FOR YOU MONEY!

Usually go to Takanini branch but thought I’d try Botany branch. First stylist ignored me and served the man that arrived after me. Second stylist was friendly but I asked for straight cut just above shoulder same length all around and she cut an asymmetrical bob. Layered heavily so short in back and no layers on sides and front. Poor workmanship it’s so uneven I can’t even tie it while waiting for it to grow out. I felt uncomfortable postpartum and looked foward to having a fresh haircut but actually left feeling worse than when I went in.

I visited this place on Saturday 22nd October and was attended to by a man named John for my son's hair cut. Hedid a really shoddy job, the length is uneven all around and not to mention he was extremely rude.

THIS PLACE DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR!I'm going to recommend to NOT CUT ANYTHING at this salon" I should've read the reviews.I showed the hair dresser of exactly what I was wanting and she pretty much ruined my hair - coming into Christmas this is worse feeling ever. You want to look and feel good and I feel ripped off/stupid but look like i have a mop on my head. She thined my hair out so much it looks like strands of straw sticking out from the bottom.I don't know how you hire here but PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE- YOU'LL JUST BE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY! You're probably better off cutting your own hair."

Able to walk in and get seen pretty much straight away. Not the friendliest customer service but my 6yr old was not bothered. It was to cut her hair shorter. The length was a little uneven. When we went back, the same lady was happy to fix it.

The asian lady totally ruined my hair. She thinned it and has destroyed the length and its totally uneven. I'm so angry. I'll never ever go back there. She should have to compensate me or at least give me my money back. Grrrrrr

One Korean lady was cutting my hair. Very bad hair cutting technique and zero customer service. I didn’t even received an apology when she accidentally put heated hair straightener on my ear, instead she said that I scared her with my suddenly body movement, due to the heat!!the reason I make a comment on this hairdresser, it’s because I really think it’s not fair to customers to pay for all of this.

This place does not deserve even a star. We took our son there to get a haircut one of many he has had before. The cut is horrible and his hair looks like it has been butchered. Not to mention how upset he got as she kept getting hair in his eyes and trying to wipe it with just a tissue. We told her several times to stop and yet kept going. She didn’t listen at all to what we wanted and did whatever she wanted. They then tried over charging us! Absolute disgusting place would never ever step foot inside again.
