I dont like leaving negative reviews so i did a courtesy call and spoke to manager Craig offering feedback about the burgers which were very basic and bland and was surprised by his rude attitude he basically said thats what you get leave a review im busy. So management and food need an overhaul. Other staff pleasant maybe good management potential especially compared to Craig who i think would be great working out the back away from customer contact.

I've never written a negative review before, but the burgers we had tonight were so disappointing that I had to.The Crackling Mex burgers were incredibly overpriced - and when it comes to taste, honestly, the stuff you get at McDonald's is nicer.

Cheeseburger came without cheese, onion rings came without dip, food arrived cold, not the drivers fault as I'm located 3 minutes from the restaurant.Also the portion of onion rings (9$) was tiny considering that they're bought in and not house made. Overall this place is completely overpriced and very average.

Pretty average. The accompanying photo shows how many curly fries you get for $6. 30 plus minutes wait time only to have to wait longer because they got the order wrong. After all that my full monty" burger was dry and salty especially the patties.Pretty disappointed and won't be back. Burger fuel does it way better."

Best gluten-free/coeliac safe burger i've had in a long time! Salad super fresh, patties and sauces delicious. Hopefully hot chips safe for coeliacs will become available eventually too. Everyone loved their burgers from here.

The best burger joint in town. Consistently delicious food made with great ingredients, super friendly staff and vegan friendly. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

My new favourite burger place. Easy to customise an order in advance on their website. The GF sourdough buns are so good and the meat is juicy and really tastes fresh off the grill. Staff have always been friendly too. Already looking forward to next time.

Gave the wrong order to the Uber driver & when I rang was told Uber mucked up & it was their fault. They'd never even given my order to Uber & said I could pick it up. We're in isolation with covid so not impressed, they took no responsibility for the refund or to get our order to us. The one burger we received was cold & they hadn't sent the drinks that had been ordered with that order. Maybe you shouldn't be doing Uber orders if you are to busy

Been here a few times for burgers. Their burgers are great! Came here for takeouts 2 nights ago, I had triple C (Chicken, Cranberry, Camembert). It was really good though the only complaint I have is that the camembert was slightly dry (hope this is a one off). They always use nice sourdough buns, nice and fresh. My family also enjoyed their burgers as they normally do.Update: Down to 4 stars because of what I mentioned about the cheese a little dry. Their fries are also overpriced for what they are. The previous time we ate from here, the curly fries lost their heat too quickly.
