Got my car out of the panel beaters friday .take it to Crystal's Auto Saturday for a warrant only to find out he pulls the hand break up so hard.that he breaks the handle piece. Not in press at all .won't be taking my cars back there.took it in at 8am and car wasn't done till 6.30pm

They're pretty awesome. My dad, and grandad took their vehicles here for WOF's for over 30 years.

Dont go to this place. Ripped off for sure. So took our vehicle and got it quoted. Had it paid for. The school holidays were on so we paid in full and repair not carried out yet. Once they were ready like 5 days later he fixes everything and it takes its time about 4 days we get our vehicle back. We are not impressed as our vehicle is still not sounding great. The old man says that we will have to bring the vehicle in again to fix. So... how can he not have picked this up before wof assessment? and then after we get the wof he suggests bringing the car in for another $500 charge. Not impressed. Not only that, they are not directly rude but have no sense of customer service. Treat people roughly just because they probably have so many customers. Really not impressed and was very expensive. Go take your money to others with a good reputation and who treats you resprectfully and in a timely manner.

Was ripped off by this service. Asked him to replace one nonworking right lowbeam light and he changed all the light with the warm lights and charged us 30$ for each one of them. So annoyed and clueless.

My go to mechanic. Jai and his team have serviced my cars for the last 20 years. Reasonable prices. Great service and communication.

I experienced the worst customer service from this mechanic shop - disgusting customer service and attitude. I took my car for a WOF and it needed a few things repaired. They quoted me to fix it and I decided to get a second opinion. Based on the price and the advice at the other mechanic shop, I decided to get it fixed there. When I returned with a fixed car, they checked everything then checked the odometer for a reading. The mechanic pushed the button really hard and fast and then it turned off. He said it isn't working so they wouldn't give me a warrant. After that, I rang the other mechanic and was informed they can not fail a WOF on an odometer and emailed the legislation to me. I went back the next day and told the guy that he couldn't fail me. He argued and refused to pass it. I rang the NZTA and had to bring my husband back to the shop to get them to either refund me or give me my WOF. Even after asking them to ring and confirm they refused so we had to refuse to leave and ring the NZTA while in the mechanic shop. It wasn't until I started to lay a complaint on the phone in front of them that they decided they could give me a WOF. Absolutely the most disgusting service I have ever encountered and the NZTA will be investigating.
