Hi sorry to have to write thisCan you PLEASE help us out.Our bin has been missed again! This has been on going since before xmas 2021 please see the emails below. its 3.2.21 now.This is very frustrating; the bin has been full and it stinks with so many flies around it.We have asked for a refund and the bin to be removed - both have not happen, at this stage I would be happy just to have the bin removed

Eventually stopped going with Waste Management; 2 months after their service was cancelled they still want the bin on the road and threaten extra charges if it's not there when they come to pick it up. Which they haven't after 2 months. Terrible people.Edit: For some reason checking 'Bin rental' displays as 'Dumpster rental' on the review above.Edit 2: They picked up finally after posting this review, added a star to it.
